Alright, so I have a song picked out, but I'm not sure where exactly this should take place in
For those of you who have no clue what I'm talking about, check out my bit in the Godlings Blooper's thread in Random Topics....or better yet, I'll just explain it here.
Okay, so I mentioned my brain wanted to make a musical thread, and Nova said if I don't do it, she will, so, yeah....
The rules are simple: each post has to incorperate the lyrics to a song, either by background music or the character singing them. It doesn't have to be the whole song, but you can't put in just one line, cause that'd be boring. I think the minimum should be the chorus.
So, if we're gonna do it, we're doing it right. I'm going to start off with some Bowie. But like I said, I'm not sure exactly where to do this....any ideas?

Okay, so I think we should also write our own songs and randomly break into them like with a real musical (I hate musicals, but this is cooler). And then we can record them and make a CD!! And make lots of money.
Kidding...
But that would be funny.

I like your idea....Just remember I sound horrible when I sing. Anyway, got a location? or a plot? Or something I can work with? Or do you just want to start it?

How about...France? Or New York, though we have a lot of US threads. Somewhere they would sing.
We should really get a plotline first. Like, a sappy drama or something, and write bad songs to go along with it.

I was thinking somewhere where singing would be totally out of place...no suggestions on my part, though. But yeah....plot would be good.
...
Reminded of a really bad soap opera once, where a girl got pissed because her husband slept with her identical twin, then it turned out that the one yelling at him wasn't his wife, but the twin herself and she'd just stabbed her twin or something along those lines....
Why did my mom watch those shows?

ok, so plot ideas....hmm.....I'm getting a vision....
Someone's pissed at someone.....Thor. I'm pissed at Thor for some reason...besides that he's my stupid cousin....he...he ate my ice cream or something stupid like that so now I'm on earth and I'm pissed so I'm singing about it? I dunno. If you can come up with a plot you can start the thread
